Paul grew up on a dairy farm at Hodgson Vale just south of Toowoomba and after leaving school he worked on the dairy farm and eventually took on the lease of the farm.

In 1992 Paul decided to finish dairying and started with Farmstock Feeds in the Clifton mill, which was eventually bought by Ridley Agri Products.

He spent 7 years in various roles in the mill and in 1999 took on the role of sales rep for southern Qld and the northern rivers of NSW. In 2008 Paul joined Pfizer as a sales rep for their animal health products and has spent the last 2 years in a sales role with Lienert Australia.
Joining Performance Feeds in March 2017 as Feedlot sales manager northern area Paul is excited about the opportunities ahead of him and is keen to develop strong relationships with the feedlotters in this area. Away from work you will find Paul haunting some of the Rugby grounds on the Darling Downs.
