Meet the Performance Feeds team

About Brett Marshall

Born and Raised in Bordertown South Australia. Brett was fortunate to be involved from an early age in the thriving agricultural area that is the Tatiara. Straight after completing his schooling he gained experience in a wide range of avenues from abattoirs, to oat milling, Potatoes and Onion farm and finally to a cropping and sheep property. After many years in the Tatiara, Brett and Rachel married and decided go on a working holiday around Australia.

A month into the trip, Brett began with Performance Feeds in the Kingsthorpe mill in 2005. Just over nine months at Kingsthorpe, Brett and Rachel then relocated to start the Kyneton Plant in 2006. In Kyneton Brett also helped bring together the dry manufacturing process, new to the company at the time.

After 12.5 years in Kyneton Brett, Rachel and kids moved to sunny Dalby, to help with the beginning of Performance Feeds forth site. Brett enjoy’s the much warmer climate and the continued exciting times that comes with the growth of Performance Feeds. When not working, he enjoys watching sport, occasional exercise and spending time with his family and friends.
