Anika Hatty is the Feedlot and Rangeland Territory Manager for Southern NSW and Northern Vic.
Anika Hatty joins the Performance Feeds team as a Territory Manager for Southern NSW & North Eastern Victoria, and is based in the NSW Riverina region.
After completing a Bachelor of Animal Science at Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga, Anika moved to Central QLD to gain hands-on practical experience in the beef cattle industry. Working for a large pastoral company, she was able to experience both backgrounding and breeding operations, as well as a fast-paced, short-fed feedlot operation.
Following this, Anika worked in two different multi-species stockfeed mills in Far North QLD and Sout-East QLD, developing her knowledge and understanding in ruminant nutrition, and further igniting her passion for helping Australia’s dairy and beef producers achieve their goals through targeted nutrition strategies. A highlight in both roles was building relationships with her customers and going out on-farm to better understand their operation and challenges.
In 2024, Anika and her husband made the move back to NSW to his family farm. Outside of work, Anika is completing further study in ruminant nutrition, and enjoys spending time with her horses, pets, friends and family.
